Mr. Cesar A. Pulido II
Mr. Cesar A. Pulido II graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. He holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. He is also a graduate of the Doral Leadership Institute.
Mr. Pulido has 11 years of experience in education. He began his career as a math teacher at Doral Academy Charter Middle/High, where he taught various grade levels, initiated the Academic Awards Ceremony, and created the 6th Grade Algebra 1 program. He went on to become the middle school mathematics chairperson and held that position for five years. Moreover, Mr. Pulido was recognized as Teacher of the Year for the 2010-2011 school year.
Mr. Pulido was a member of a team of educators and administrators that assisted Somerset Jefferson K-12 Charter School during the 2017 – 2018 school year. Through curricula development, teacher mentoring, and push-in support, their efforts lead to an overall improved school grade. He currently provides mathematics curriculum support to various Academica schools across the state of Florida.
Mr. Pulido is presently in his first year as Assistant Administrator at Mater Lakes Academy. His primary responsibilities are to assist the Principal in the educational functions essential to the operation of a successful and effective learning environment, where students strive to be lifelong learners. His duties include, but are not limited to, analyzing student assessment data, curriculum development, assisting with the master schedule, as well as providing support to the math and science departments and overseeing their respective tutoring programs.
Mr. Pulido is devoted educator who is passionate about his career and dedicated to ensuring that all students meet their full potential and exceed expectations.
